Just one day after the explosion at the Richmond Hill subdivision on the city's south side was declared a homicide, two people have been questioned in the case.

IMPD Interim Chief Rick Hite tells our newsgathering partners at RTV6 that those being questioned aren't necessarily suspects.  Tuesday night, Indianapolis Department of Homeland Security Chief Gary Coons released a statement saying, "The investigation is still ongoing and we are still processing the scene.  No arrests have been made at this time."

At a press conference Monday night, Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry said investigators have conducted numerous interviews and executed numerous search warrants.  Curry said that will continue as the investigation moves forward.

Police are still asking for anyone with information about the blast to contact Crime Stoppers at 262-TIPS.  Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of $1,000 for information leading to an arrest and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
