More details are being released in a hit and run that killed an Indianapolis woman earlier this month.

63-year old Kathy Clark was killed as she walked along Meridian Street and Troy Avenue on January 13th. 50-year old Greg Hudson was arrested four days later, and faces a charge of failing to stop after an accident causing death.

Police say they received an anonymous tip about a gold truck being repaired at a shop in Shelbyville. Court documents indicate Hudson owns the repair shop, which is where police say he took his truck after the accident. Investigators compared paint chips and headlight pieces and linked them to Hudson's truck. The documents also indicate Hudson admitted he is the owner of the gold truck.

Hudson is set to appear in court at 8:30 am Thursday.
