Anchor at Fox 9 News in Minneapolis and friend of the show, Naomi Pescovitz joins the show. She’s been covering the Al Franken resignation and tells us what we can expect to happen next in the Minnesota senate.

“Basically the governor will appoint a replacement until next year when they’ll have another election. The winner of that will serve until 2020. A lot of people are assuming it will be Lieutenant Governor Tina Smith. If you listen to Franken’s speech today, he kind of hinted that it would be a woman.”
