WIBC has been an integral part in the life of the city of Indianapolis for more than 65 years. WIBC may be on FM today, but we didn't start that way. When the station began in 1938, WIBC was a 1,000 watt AM daytime only station, broadcasting from the Indianapolis Athletic Club. Today, there are multiple ways to get information from WIBC:
