GREENSBURG, Ind. — A teacher at South Decatur High School in Decatur County is accused of stalking a student.

Police believe Paige Simon, 28, of Osgood sent a 15-year-old student at the school more than 600 texts and attended his baseball games even after he blocked her number.

Most of those texts were sent after school hours, according to court documents.

The texts include sexually explicit jokes and images. Simon was arrested at her home in a rural part of Osgood on Friday and taken to jail.

She’s charged with stalking and official misconduct.
