A cold front will work through the region on Thursday and will give us a good chance of showers and thunderstorms. Heavy downpours of rain are possible, along with gusty winds in some of the storms. Scattered showers will continue into Friday, Saturday and most of Sunday. Temperatures will be very mild and above normal through Friday, then expect a cool down over the weekend. Most of the rain will move out of the state by Sunday night.
