Fall brings a new season for the outdoor enthusiast - hunting season.
The first cool wind will let hunters know it's time to clean the
gear and make their plans.
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources has now issued its
2007-2008 Hunting and Trapping Guide, which includes information
on hunting licenses, hunting season dates, and state rules and regulations
for hunters and trappers.
You can even purchase your license online to avoid the hassle of
a mail-in application or going to do it in person.
There are special sections on youth hunting for kids 15 and younger,
and some information for women who are interested in getting involved
in hunting or trapping.
You can download the hunting guide and find lots of other hunting-related
information at the DNR's website: www.in.gov/dnr.
