With U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly slated to speak with U.S. Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh this week, I had a chance to sit down and talk with University of Louisville law professor Justin Walker who clerked for Kavanaugh, as well as his predecessor, retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy, to get some insight into the nominee’s judicial philosophy as well as his temperament.
