State Representative Terri Austin, the longest serving member of the House Public Policy committee, shares her thoughts on a possible rewrite of the state's alcohol laws.

A summer study committee will look at modernizing the state's liqour code. 

Austin says lawmakers need to have clear goals and objectives, otherwise, the exercise could be a waste of time.
