Who is this new Donald Trump and what have you done with the REAL President?

The man who never apologizes (and still hasn’t, really) said during an exclusive interview with Sinclair Broadcast Group that he regrets the tone he used during his first two years in office.

Asked by the interviewer if there is anything he would change about his words or behavior moving forward:

“I would like to have a much softer tone. I feel to a certain extent I have no choice, but maybe I do,” Trump said.

He attributed his tone during his first two years in office to wanting to get things done on his agenda, adding that he could have been softer in his delivery.

President Trump also stated that he had doubts about using a softer tone because he might have been “swamped” by his opposition.

He added that after the midterm election, his tone is something he will be working on, and he hopes there will be more harmony between Republicans and Democrats.

We’re not exactly how to feel about this ‘new and improved’ Trump. He certainly has some blind spots, but does this mean the name-calling and Twitter rants are over? What are we, in the Twilight Zone?
