A CLEARLY disturbed and sick man in Massachusetts has pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the strangulation death of a woman who was killed in a sex act gone wrong.
According to court documents and reporting from the Associated Press, police went to the apartment of James Vaillancourt after the 51-year-old former school custodian walked into a hospital emergency room and told staff he believed he had hurt someone.
Prosecutors said the partially nude body of Corrinna Santiago was found in 2017 with a man's necktie secured around her neck, according to the AP.
Vaillancourt attempted to claim that it was HE who had blacked out during sex, waking to find the woman dead.
An ex-girlfriend of Vaillancourt told investigators he had choked her several times with a necktie during sex.
Helpful Hint: Don't choke your partner during sex.
