Sanders and Warren are Feudin', Fussin', and a Fightin'

Is there anything more heartwarming than two Democrat politicians who publically hate each other's guts?  I don't know what it is, but I just get all the fuzzy feels inside.

Senators Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren are the latest lefties to secretly fantasize about each other's demise. The increasing and delicious tension between the two apparently goes back to a conversation that took place between Warren and Sanders more than a year ago as both were considering White House runs.

According to Warren, Sanders told her that a woman couldn’t win in 2020.

According to Sanders, "Nuh-uh!"

The tension between the two was most mouthwateringly flavorful heading into Tuesday's debate, and it only increased in its exquisite and sumptuous yumminess as the evening rolled on.

CNN moderator Abby Phillip confronted Sanders about an hour into the debate regarding his alleged conversation with Warren.

“Sen. Sanders, CNN reported yesterday, and Sen. Warren confirmed in a statement, that in 2018 you told her that you did not believe that a woman could win the election. Why did you say that?” Phillips asked Sanders.

“Well, as a matter of fact, I didn’t say it,” Sanders responded.

“I don’t want to waste a whole lot of time on this, because this is what Donald Trump and maybe some of the media want. Anybody knows me knows that it’s incomprehensible that I would think that a woman cannot be president of the United States," Sanders replied. “Go to YouTube today. There’s a video of me 30 years ago talking about how a woman could become president of the United States.”

Editor's Note: Good Lord, does Sanders comb his hair with a balloon? The wild "bed head look" is great on men in their 20s and early 30s. Socialist politicians in their final years of life? Not so much.

“So Sen. Sanders, I do want to be clear here,” Phillip followed up, “you’re saying that you never told Sen. Warren that a woman could not win the election?”

“That is correct,” Sanders replied.

Phillip then turned his attention to Sen. Warren.

“Sen. Warren, what did you think when Sen. Sanders told you a woman could not win the election?” Phillip asked Warren.

Warren doubled down on her account of the conversation.

“I disagreed. Bernie is my friend, and I am not here to try to fight with Bernie. But, look, this question about whether or not a woman can be president has been raised, and it's time for us to attack it head-on," Warren replied.

Conservative hearts were further encouraged following the debate, as CNN cameras captured Sanders and Warren having a tense exchange.

In the video, Warren is seen rejecting Sanders' handshake, prompting Sanders to whip out his world-famous finger wag. Check it out:

Most fabulous indeed.
