Taylor Swift Plans to Ruin More Democrat Campaigns with Her 'Support'

Oh goody! Taylor Swift intends to destroy the political campaigns of additional Democrats running for office! You know, the way she "helped" the former Governor of Tennessee, Phil Bredesen to fail in his senate bid thanks to the "support" of the "Shake it Off" singer?
Swift said in an interview with Rolling Stone published Wednesday that she is focused on mobilizing (aka "screwing") Democrats ahead of the 2020 elections, adding she wants to "help and not hinder."
Editor's Note: By all means, Taylor, help as many Democrats as possible with your public support. It won't hinder Republicans a bit! Go get 'em, girl!
“Really, I keep trying to learn as much as I can about politics, and it’s become something I’m now obsessed with, whereas before, I was living in this sort of political ambivalence, because the person I voted for had always won,” she said.
Editor's Note: Awe, that must have been so hard for you, honey. You know, being a millennial and finding out there are no participation ribbons in politics?
“We were in such an amazing time when Obama was president because foreign nations respected us. We were so excited to have this dignified person in the White House. My first election was voting for him when he made it into office, and then voting to re-elect him," she said.
Editor's Note: Yeah, that was an amazing time. I look back with great fondness upon that era of amazingness. You know, when we irreparably screwed the American healthcare system and made health insurance more affordable by passing legislation that resulted in monthly premiums exceeding the average mortgage payment? Good times!
The formerly anorexic star weighed in on President Trump winning the White House in 2016, saying, "I think a lot of people are like me, where they just didn’t really know that this could happen.”
Editor's Note: You didn't realize that a Democrat could lose to a Republican or you didn't realize Hillary Clinton could lose? Because as you might recall, Taylor babe, Hillary didn't even make it through the primary when she ran against Obama. Plus, as far as we can tell, Hillary Clinton is an actual woman, and we haven't had too many of those yet.
“I’m just focused on the 2020 election. I’m really focused on it," said Swift. I’m really focused on how I can help and not hinder."
Editor's Note: I wonder if she's focused on the 2020 election?
"Because I also don’t want it to backfire again, because I do feel that the celebrity involvement with Hillary’s campaign was used against her in a lot of ways," she added.
Editor's Note: So you "feel" that celebrity support screwed Hillary, so you intend to use your celebrity support to help Democrats running for office. Good plan. Also, have you ever considered the possibility that you're an incredible idiot?
Swift also spoke out about white supremacy in the interview, following praise from some white supremacists in the 2016 election, when she did not publicly support either President Trump or Hillary Clinton.
“I didn’t even see [the rumors], but, like, if that happened, that’s just disgusting. There’s literally nothing worse than white supremacy."
Editor's Note: Nothing worse? What about child sex trafficking? What about plastic straws? What about your latest album?
