Tuesday night, Fox News host Tucker Carlson took heat from a guest for mispronouncing Sen. Kamala Harris’s name after she was named as Joe Biden’s running mate.

Richard Goodstein, a Democratic strategist and former adviser to Hillary Clinton, appeared on Carlson’s show and lost his mind over the perceived slight.

“Her name is pronounced ‘Comma’ — like the punctuation mark — ‘la,’” Goodstein whined. “Seriously, I’ve heard every sort of bastardization of that. That’s how it is. ‘Comma-la.’”

“OK,” Carlson replied. “So what?”

“I think out of respect for somebody who’s going to be on the national ticket,” Goldstein shot back. “Pronouncing her name right is actually kind of a bare minimum.”

“So I’m disrespecting her by mispronouncing her name unintentionally? So it begins,” Carlson said before needling Goldstein by intentionally mispronouncing Kamala’s name again. “You’re not allowed to criticize ‘Ka-MAL-a’ or ‘KAM-a-la’ or whatever it is—”

“No, no, no. It’s not ‘whatever,’” Goodstein yelled.

The clip went viral, and naturally, the Democrats in the media reacted as though it was an offense on par with the Holocaust.

Naturally, Carlson responded to the widespread outrage on his program the following night. Watch to the end, because it’s brilliant.

That’s Right! Presumptive Democrat nominee for President Joe Biden bungled Kamala Harris’ name. Strangely, CNN and MSNBC have refrained from criticizing the former VP.

Biden gets a pass because he’s old and in obvious cognitive decline, apparently. Poor guy probably won’t even make it to Inauguration Day.

While we wait, enjoy this clip from the Chicks on the Right.
