And The Bull Crap Continues: Nathan Phillips Responds to Nick Sandmann Interview

Native-American, non-hero, and amateur drummer, Nathan Phillips didn't care too much for Covington Catholic student Nick Sandmann's "Today Show" interview with Savannah Guthrie.
Phillips, a Vietnam-ERA veteran who never served overseas and was dishonorably discharged, but keeps 'accidentally' telling people he was a war hero, spoke out against Sandmann Thursday, whining that the MAGA-hat-wearing teen’s recent “Today” show interview was insincere and seemed “coached" - and Phillips knows a little something about acting for the cameras to elicit sympathy and perpetuate lies.
Phillips spoke with NBC’s Savannah Guthrie on Thursday, one day after she sat down with Sandmann, who told her his actions were “not disrespectful.”
“I was upset. I was made to sit down and watch it,” Phillips told Guthrie of the teen’s interview. “Someone tried to show it to me before I went to my prayer ceremony, and I got into about the first 30 seconds, 40 seconds of it, and I said, ‘Well that’s all I needed to hear.’”
In other words, Phillips watched almost NONE of the interview, but he's pretty sure he can offer an informed opinion regarding Sandmann's behavior throughout the interview... which he didn't watch.
Phillips also recounted his revisionist memories of how the encounter with Sandmann went down.
“It was getting ugly, and I was thinking: ‘I’ve got to find myself an exit out of this situation and finish my song at the Lincoln Memorial,’” Phillips told The Washington Post. “I started going that way, and that guy in the hat [Sandmann] stood in my way, and we were at an impasse.”
Sandmann denied blocking Phillips but said he wished he had walked away.
“There’s a lot of time he [Sandmann] could have walked away,” Phillips said.
It did not occur to Phillips that he himself could have walked away just as easily Sandmann; however, it's important to note that Mr. Phillips is experiencing severe mental exhaustion amid attempts to keep his artificial facts straight.
“I asked the young man this question. I’ll ask you the same thing…Should you have walked away?” @savannahguthrie to Nathan Phillips
