Well, Patriots owner Robert Kraft’s infamous massage parlor video will not be released to the general public after all. That’s right; no blu-ray of “Tug n’ Rub: The Robert Kraft Edition” for you, my friend (ya sicko). Pity. We were kind of looking forward to the special features section on that one.

Fortunately for Mr. Kraft, the video is question will also be hidden from the eyes of the jurors in his upcoming trial for soliciting prostitutes at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa.

Editor’s note: ‘Orchids of Asia.’ It sounds like a nice enough place. How much for an annual membership?

In his 10-page ruling, Judge Leonard Hanser wrote that Jupiter police detectives and the judge who issued the search warrant allowing the secret installation of cameras at the spa did not do enough to minimize the invasion of privacy of customers who only received ‘legal massages’ (for those on a budget). Hanser also ruled that detectives cannot testify about what they saw on the video or when they stopped Kraft.

In other words, Kraft is going to ‘get off’ for second time.

Hammer and Nigel broke down the probable ‘happy ending’ to Kraft’s legal woes in the clip below.
