The first day of Sunday sales was as magical as we could have hoped. Liquor stores were open on a Sunday, but the sky wasn’t falling and no riots formed. It was a civil and well received event. The man who signed the bill, Gov. Eric Holcomb joins the Hammer and Nigel Show to talk about everything that went into getting Sunday sales done.

“I got a lot of thumbs up and high-fives. Heard from a lot of friends who I haven’t heard from in years sending me pictures of themselves in the liquor stores… It was a long time coming and it sure is to get it done…. We’re always thinking about what’s next… We will immediately be thinking about [convenience store sales] in 2019.”
