At a Tuesday event unveiling his health and coronavirus team, the unrivaled master of stumbles, space-outs, misspeaks gave his “Biden best” not to bungle the name of his Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary nominee Xavier Becerra – a staunch supporter of Medicare-for-all.
