Fox News and Fox Nation firebrand Tomi Lahren returned to the Hammer and Nigel Show Wednesday to deliver a proper thrashing to Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee for their classless ‘questioning’ of Tuesday of Attorney General William Barr.
“It was a dumpster fire,” Lahren said. “But what do you expect? This is a continuation of the railroading of President Trump and his administration because Democrats know their candidate, Joe Biden, is also a dumpster fire.”
Lahren specifically noted Chair Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler’s treatment of Barr, which included his meltdown at the Attorney General’s request to take a five-minute recess.
“Of course, this is also the same man who downplays the violence in Portland from radicals in ANTIFA as ‘imaginary,’ and that’s fairly easy when you have the mainstream media in your back pocket to push your narrative and agenda so you can blame what happened and continues to happen on President Trump,” said Lahren.
She continued: “The best part of this whole thing in Portland is the city’s mayor attacking President Trump for sending in Federal troops because his constituents act like rabid animals and they can’t control them. But at the end of the day, it’s easy to gaslight us and manipulate us because again, [Democrats] control the media. And that’s part of the problem we’re going to face going into the November election, guys.”
Lahren said she views the footage of Portland on fire as one long campaign ad for Donald Trump’s re-election.
“I just did my final thoughts on this yesterday, and I said ‘let it burn,'” Lahren said. “If this is the America [voters] want to live in and see, then Donald Trump should pull the troops out, let their city burn to the ground, and say ‘Don’t you dare ask for a dime from the Federal government to rebuild your heap of ashes.'”
Lahren told Hammer and Nigel that Donald Trump’s base of support is as strong and determined as 2016, and she offered her advice for the President.
“Go back to your roots, back to your base, and what go you elected in the first place: tough talk on border enforcement, law enforcement, love of country, hard work, better trade deals, and certainly holding other nations accountable. Those are the kind of things he needs to get back to,” she said. “Go back to what got you elected in the first place and the silent majority will re-elect you, but you’ve got to go back to basics.”
Lahren also offered a biting assessment of presumed Democrat nominee Joe Biden and his supporters. Click the link below to hear her full interview with Hammer and Nigel.
