A Florida sheriff has banned his officers from wearing face masks at work.
Marion County Sheriff Billy Woods’ order also includes visitors to the office.
The reason for the ban is highly logical: in order to maintain security, it is absolutely essential that anyone coming into the station be identifiable.
“In light of the current events when it comes to the sentiment and/or hatred toward law enforcement in our country today, this is being done to ensure there is clear communication and for identification purposes of any individual walking into a lobby,” the Sheriff wrote in an email.
Woods’ stated purpose for the ban was readily available to any general moron who bothered to read past the “shocking” headlines that caught the public’s attention on the matter.
Please note, however, that MSNBC employee and seat-warmer Mika Brzezinski is no ordinary moron, and the masculine-looking co-host of “Morning Joe” suffered a full-blown emotional breakdown on-air in response to the story.
Mika launched into a tirade (primarily focused on President Donald Trump) and screamed herself hoarse.
