Harris Reportedly “Unhappy” With Her Luxurious Living Conditions
Vice President Kamala Harris is reportedly unhappy with her current living condition.
While Harris took office on Jan. 20, she and her husband have not moved into the vice president’s mansion because it is being renovated. As a result, Harris and her husband are roughing it at Blair House, “the world’s most exclusive hotel.”
Located across Pennsylvania Avenue from the White House, the massive complex of four townhouses is used as a state guest house to host visiting dignitaries and other guests of the president.
“The property is approximately 70,000 square feet and contains 119 rooms, including 14 guest bedrooms and 35 bathrooms, according to the General Services Administration webpage. In other words, it’s not a Motel 6.
“It’s a situation that has left Harris increasingly and understandably bothered, according to several people who spoke to CNN about her situation. ‘She is getting frustrated,’ said another administration official, noting with each passing day the desire to move into her designated house — a stately, turreted mansion two-and-a-half miles from the White House — grows more intense,” said CNN.
Understandably bothered?? Maybe Harris should ask a few of those migrant children in cages at the southern border how they feel about THEIR living situation right now. Heck, maybe she should invite a few to come live with her at Blair House. At 70,000 square feet, she certainly has room.
By the way, Madame Vice President, have you selected a date yet to go visit those facilities on the border in person?
