Rokita Rejects Holcomb

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita has denied Governor Eric Holcomb’s request to hire outside counsel in his suit against the Indiana Legislature over the ability to call a Special Session. Holcomb is ignoring Rokita’s directive and doing it anyway. This sets up another showdown between the governor and elected officials over his insistence only he can call the legislature back.
