Never let a good crisis go to waste” – Winston Churchill

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi unveiled Democrats’ massive coronavirus relief bill on Tuesday – the fifth proposed legislation related to the economic fallout from the COVID pandemic.

“We face the biggest catastrophe in our nation’s history,” Pelosi said Tuesday in a televised address from the Capitol.

“This is a moment when many millions of our fellow Americans are in deep suffering,” she added. “We must have empathy for our heroes.”

Heroes like illegal immigrants, according to the details of the bill.

The House is expected to vote on the $3 trillion proposal on Friday, and while the disturbingly gargantuan bill is unlikely to pass the Republican-led Senate, it’s worth taking a gander at the “Heroes Act” to examine some of the more egregious spending proposals put forth by Speaker Pelosi and her corrupt co-conspirators.

Money for Illegal Immigrants

Expands direct payment eligibility to undocumented immigrants who pay taxes.

Extended Unemployment benefits

Weekly $600 federal unemployment payments, additional to state benefits, would be extended until next January.

Increase in SNAP Benefits/Housing Assistance

$175 billion given to help families pay their mortgage, rent or utility costs. Maximum SNAP benefits, currently at $768 per month, would be increased by 15 percent.

Again, this includes illegal immigrants who pay taxes.

Elections Resources (No value to the economy)

An unknown amount of resources would be allotted for elections safeguards, Census oversight, and USPS funding.

Fun Fact: The U.S. Treasury already had to borrow $3 trillion to fund the first four coronavirus spending packages.

Fun Fact, The Sequel: Our current debt-to-GDP ratio is now at its highest level since WW2.

Additional Provisions for Illegal Immigrants in Democrats’ “HEROES ACT”

Illegal immigrants employed in “Essential Services” would be protected from deportation. However, essential services as defined in the bill include virtually every single sector of the U.S. economy:

  • Food services
  • Laundry
  • Waste management
  • Childcare
  • Agriculture
  • Transportation
  • Restaurant workers
  • Retail workers who happen to be employed at ANY location that also serves food or beverages

Bill also automatically extends guest worker VISAs while raising the ceiling for additional ones.

Translation: Blanket amnesty for every illegal immigrant in America.

Orders DHS to Expedite VISA Processing for Foreigners Who Desire to Come to the U.S. and Work in Healthcare.

At a time when healthcare workers in the U.S. are being furloughed, Democrats’ bill ushers in a new pool of foreigners willing to work those same jobs at lower wages.

The bill is an egregious example of government overreach and political malpractice. It’s nothing less than criminal.
