The parrots of journalism have the country in an uproar once again after claiming a border agent used a whip while horseback to push Haitian migrants out of the country.
The rumor was first seen in The El Paso Times. Instead of fact checking, media outlets around the world ran with it. After talking to a Border Patrol source, reporter Julio Rosas confirmed that agents don’t even have whips, in fact what was in the officer’s hand was reigns to control his horse.
Unfortunately, (and not surprisingly) one of the many politicians speaking out about the ‘horrific whip’ situation is our very own Rep. André Carson.
Tony Katz calls Carson out for participating in the left’s game of telephone.
“First, they’re migrants not refugees. Things are tough in Haiti but they aren’t refugees, they’re able-bodied men not refugees. Stop it. Secondly, how dare you buy into the lie that a whip was used on these people!”
