A rioter in Portland suspected of throwing an explosive device at Federal Agents Monday night has been identified less than two days later by his own grandmother.
The rioter threw the explosive device at the Mark O. Hatfield Federal Courthouse, which has been under attack by protesters throughout the more than 60 consecutive days of protests and riots in Portland.
The protester who threw the explosive device wore a green protective vest which his proud and supportive grandma apparently bought for him online.
