President Biden is playing another round of the blame game.

As gas prices continue to average $5 gallon nationwide, Americans are desperate for some relief. Biden took to Twitter to point fingers at gas companies demanding they bring down their prices.

“My message to the companies running gas stations and setting prices at the pump is simple: This is a time of war and global peril. Bring down the price you are charging at the pump to reflect the cost you’re paying for the product. And do it now.”

Jeff Bezos, founder and former CEO of Amazon, called out the President for his attempt in misdirecting Americans.

Tony Katz couldn’t agree more.

Bezos hits it on the head. It’s purposeful misdirection from a failed president, who believes he can lie his way to another term.

The president was asked during a NATO summit this past week in Madrid, how much longer Americans should expect to wait for a drop in gas prices. Biden stated “As long as it takes, so Russia cannot, in fact, defeat Ukraine and move beyond Ukraine.”

Biden has called on Congress to suspend the federal gas tax for three months.
