Republican Candidate Angela Grabovsky Challenges Congressman Carson To Debate
Indiana’s 7th District GOP candidate Angela Grabovsky is challenging Rep. André Carson to a debate in the coming weeks.
Grabovsky spoke with Tony Katz Thursday on why she wants to go head-to-head with Carson. She said she is ready to represent the people of Indianapolis, which is something the current Congressman is failing to do.
“People are suffering and he needs to answer. He is voting with Biden 100% of the time. He is basically taking the voice of Washington D.C. and shoving it down the throat of everybody who lives in the 7th (District.) And what I want to do is take their voice and take it to Washington, which hasn’t been done in 14 years.”
The Republican nominee wants to specifically challenge Carson on the district’s public safety from homicide rates, the issue of protecting criminals, and the need to look out for local businesses.
Grabovsky’s team has reached out to several media outlets to host a debate. She states that she will debate with or without Carson present.
