Rev. Dr. Charles Harrison Talks Urgency of Violence In Indy: “It Doesn’t Feel Safe Out There Anymore.”
After another violent weekend in Indy, it’s reported around 190 Hoosiers in total have been murdered in the city this year. Based on per capita, we’re outpacing Chicago in number of homicides by nearly 4%, according to Rick Snyder, president of the Fraternal Order of Police.
Rev. Charles Harrison joined Abdul Hakim-Shabazz as he filled in for Tony Katz during Tuesday’s Morning Show. Abdul talks with Rev. Harrison about the increase in violence around Indianapolis, how to curb the problem, what we need from the city, and more.
