Many conservatives are confused and concerned over a new legislation regarding COVID-19 vaccination databases.

Earlier last week, the House voted in the Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act. 80 House Republicans joined Democrats in voting for the legislation, one being Rep. Jim Banks IN, District 3.

Tony Katz expressed his concerns with Banks last week and why the representative would vote for the act. Banks says the legislation isn’t about creating more databases, but rather protecting the privacy of ones already in exitance.

“It doesn’t create a vaccine database at all. In fact if you read the bill, no where in the bill does it create a vaccine database…the bill actually creates pricy restrictions on who can get information from (already existing state) databases.”
