More than 200 restaurants are participating through Feb. 3rd.  Each restaurant offers 3-course, value priced menus at lunch and or dinner.  Just ask your server for the “Devour Indy Menu”.  Reservations may be required at some locations.

 

 

THE WOODWORKING SHOW

Noon|Indiana State Fairgrounds – Champions Pavilion

Demonstrations, classes, and more!  Participate in the “Project Challenge” by displaying your hard work, skill and talent.  You’ll receive a goody bag and compete for prizes.  $14 admission.  Click HERE to save $2.  Goes through Sunday.

 

 

11th ANNUAL BREWERS OF INDIANA GUILD WINTERFEST

6pm|Indiana State Fairgrounds West Pavilion

New this year…2 sessions!  This event/fundraiser is an Exclusive Special Session with more than 60 breweries that WON’T be pouring on Saturday.  $3 of each ticket sold will go directly to Joy’s House Adult Day Service.   $75 admission.

 

 

NEWFIELDS WINTER NIGHTS FILM SERIES – “Billy Elliot

Winter Nights returns to The Toby for its 9th season, this year exploring the themes of the exhibition Sensual/Sexual/Social: The Photography of George Platt Lynes.  Tonight’s feature is the 2000 Film “Billy Elliot”, starring Jamie Bell.    $12.

 

 

“EVERY BRILLIANT THING”

“Laughter and Loss”.  A one-of-a-kind Off-Broadway hit.  Every Brilliant Thing is a one man dramedy that contains adult language and themes, including references to suicide.  Tickets start at $25.

 

“RUTHLESS”

7:30pm|The Studio Theatre - The Center for Performing Arts in Carmel

The Actors Theatre of Indiana bring us this outrageous musical hit, based on “The Bad Seed”.  Gets rave reviews during its long off-Broadway run.  Goes through Feb. 17th.   Tickets start at $20.

 

 

“THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK”

7:30pm|Indiana Repertory Theatre – OneAmerica Mainstage

By Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett, “The Diary of Anne Frank” is a historical drama that contains some adult themes including coming of age during the Holocaust.  2 hours and 45 minutes.  Goes through Feb. 24th.   Tickets start at $25.

“STAR TREK: EXPLORING NEW WORLDS” (Opening Day)

10am|Children’s Museum of Indianapolis

Discover Star Trek all over again!  Today is opening day of the exhibit that looks at the impact of Star Trek on culture, society, art, technology and fashion.  Over 100 artifacts, rare costumes, and props.  Goes through Apr. 7th.  Closed Mondays.

It’s the country’s only coast-to-coast model train show and kids of all ages love it!  Hundreds of tables filled with model trains and accessories for sale.   You’ll see some huge exhibits as well that are pretty cool, even if you’re not into model trains!  $10.  Ticket good Sat. & Sun.
