CINEMATIC SYMPHONY:  A SPOTLIGHT ON ISO MUSICIANS

11am & 8pm|Hilbert Circle Theatre

Putting the spotlight on the individual artists in the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. Under the direction of Maestro Jack Everly, celebrating the art of cinematic music & the ISO musicians.

 

LARK RANCH FALL FESTIVAL (Final Weekend)

5pm|Lark Ranch in Greenfield

So much fun for the entire family!  Farm animals, kids zipline, hayrides, slide mountain, train rides and of course…a pumpkin patch!  You’ll love this place!  They’ve got a corn cannon!  $10-$12.

 

 

24th ANNUAL SPIRIT & PLACE FESTIVAL

6pm|The Harrison Center

Opening night!  32 events at various locations during the 10-day festival that uses the arts, religion and humanities as a tool for opening the doors to important conversations.

 

 

“DRACULA”

7pm|The Tarkington in Carmel

The Ballet Theatre of Indiana performs Bram Stoker’s classic novel.  May not be appropriate for all audiences.  Goes through Saturday. $25-$40.

 

 

MONSTERS & MAYHEM ON MAIN STREET

7pm|Catered Cabaret in Greenwood

A bewitching musical with a Las Vegas-styled production.  Songs from your favorite artists performed by a 14 member cast.  The musical journey will leave you a little unnerved, but very entertained! 

 

 

“ALABAMA STORY”

7:30pm|The Actors Studio in Carmel

The true story of an Indiana native who becomes the State Librarian in Alabama.  When a controversial children’s book crosses her desk, her life instantly changes.  Goes through Nov. 17th.

 

 

BOB SAGET LIVE!

7:30 & 10pm|Helium Comedy Club

Starred in “Full House” and Host of “America’s Funniest Home Videos”, but he’s is also a Grammy award winning comedian.  $35-$45.

 

 

SATURDAY, Nov. 2nd

 

36th ANNUAL CENTER GROVE CRAFT FAIR

8am|Center Grove High School

Get a jump on holiday shopping at one of the region’s largest craft fairs with over 250 vendors.  Goes until 4pm.  $2 admission.

 

 

POWER RECYCLING WEEKEND

9am|Indianapolis Zoo

Eliminate your e-waste in an environmentally friendly way.  Presented by Technology Recyclers.  Most items free.  $10 TV’s and monitors.  Goes until 2pm.

A provocative and funny theatrical adaptation of the C.S. Lewis novel about spiritual warfare from Satan’s top psychiatrist’s point of view.
