6pm|Indiana State Fairgrounds

OPENING NIGHT!  Over 1 million beautiful lights synchronized to music that’s played through your car stereo.  Dusk to 10pm daily.  Extended hours on weekends.  $7 (under 4 free).  $30 per car.

 

 

24th ANNUAL SPIRIT & PLACE FESTIVAL

32 events at various locations during the 10-day festival that uses the arts, religion and humanities as a tool for opening the doors to important conversations.

 

 

MONSTERS & MAYHEM ON MAIN STREET

7pm|Catered Cabaret in Greenwood

A bewitching musical with a Las Vegas-styled production.  Songs from your favorite artists performed by a 14-member cast.  The musical journey will leave you a little unnerved, but very entertained! 

 

 

“ALZHEIMER’S STORIES”

7pm|Northminster Presbyterian Church

The Indianapolis debut of Robert Cohen’s incredible work, presented by the Chancel Choir & the Chamber Orchestra.  The hope is to give some understanding to those suffering with dementia.  FREE!

The true story of an Indiana native who becomes the State Librarian in Alabama.  When a controversial children’s book crosses her desk, her life instantly changes.  Goes through Nov. 17th.

She’s the best-selling and most awarded female gospel artist of all time!  Singer-songwriter, and world-renowned upright bassist SCOTT MULVAHILL opens the show.

MONUMENTAL MARATHON

8am|State Capitol

One of the country’s largest marathons and it is SOLD OUT.  Be aware if you’re traveling in the area, it can be challenging with road closures.  The Marathon course is from downtown to Meridian Hills.

 

 

43rd INDY INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL

9am|Indiana State Fairgrounds

Featuring exhibits from over 50 ethnic groups represented in Central Indiana.  Authentic foods, art, music and dance by local & national performing groups. $8-$12.

You’re invited to attend the first-of-its-kind celebration honoring Indiana’s Veterans complete with the unveiling of a multi-million dollar arts & cultural production you’ll be able to experience year around.

 

INAUGURAL MOTHER SON DANCE
