10am|Waterman’s Family Farm in Greenwood
A fantastic Indianapolis Fall tradition with hayrides, an obstacle course, mini train rides and a straw bale playground. Acres of pumpkins and farm animals! Goes through Oct. 31st. Closed on Mondays.
46th ANNUAL PUMPKIN HARVEST FESTIVAL
10am|Stonycreek Farm in Noblesville
Hayrides, a pretty cool zipline and a haunted house. Take a ride on the pumpkin train, or the kiddiepillar! Open through October 31st, 10am to 5pm daily. $5 parking Tue-Sun with no fee on Mondays!

10am|The Children’s Museum
The Children’s Museum Guild’s 55th Annual Haunted House offers a “Lights On” experience for children who scare easily. This year’s theme gives visitors a courtside seat to see all the action in a monster-filled gym. Tickets are $8 at the door. 10am-3pm. Through Oct. 31st. CLOSED Mondays.

27th ANNUAL HEARTLAND INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
Noon|Newfields & Local Theatres
The state’s largest and longest-running film festival, featuring more than 100 independent films, 200 visiting filmmakers and 300 film screenings, in 11 days. Today is day 2. Hours, screenings, and locations vary daily. Click HERE for info and ticket options.
2pm|Indianapolis Zoo
Fall is a great time to visit the Zoo! “Pumpkin Town” is back with lots of cats and rats. Collect goodies along the “Trick or Treat Trail”. Kids are encouraged to wear costumes and bring a reusable bag. “ZooBoo” runs Tuesdays through Sundays during October. Included with admission.

Candlelight Theatre’s newest creepy show…The (White) House Of Horrors, by James Trofatter. Meet the ghosts of haunted D.C., as they decide to take up residence in the Harrison’s home. Be prepared to travel from room to room enjoying performances throughout the home. $14.95.

CLUCK SCHOLARS CHICKEN & BOURBON FESTIVAL
2pm|Tube Factory in Garfield Park
Raising money for Cluck Scholars featuring a “Best of Fried Chicken and Bourbon “ contest, outdoor games, live music and art! Check out the cool items in the silent auction. Proceeds benefit scholarships for political hopefuls to attend training school. $15-$20.

$5 gets you in the gate for a fundraiser benefiting the Indiana Park and Recreation Association. Featuring “The Flying Toasters”, food trucks and Grand Junction Brewing will be on site. Lots of kids activities including Caravan Classes, mobile pop-up art classes.

A spooky night of storytelling on the hallowed grounds of Crown Hill. Arrive early to find your spot. Bring a blanket or lawn chairs and feel free to pack a cooler and picnic basket. Food trucks will be on site and beer and wine will be sold to the over 21 crowd. $10 - $15.

Opening weekend! Arrive early for a pregame “Fan Fest” outside of the Coliseum, featuring live music, games, and giveaways! Stick around after the game to meet the entire team during an autograph session in the lobby.
