“A FINE ROMANCE: JEWISH SONGWRITERS, AMERICAN SONGS, 1910-1965”

The Songbook Foundation’s Traveling Exhibition makes a stop at the Indiana History Center.  The program uses text and imagery from classic films, musicals, posters and personal collections to tell the stories of incredible lyricists and composers.

Winter Nights returns to The Toby for its 9th season, this year exploring the themes of the exhibition Sensual/Sexual/Social: The Photography of George Platt Lynes.  Tonight’s feature is the 2004 film “Kinsey” starring Liam Neeson.    $12.

A family-favorite!   Winnie The Pooh makes a visit to the Farmers Market today between 9 and noon.  Games and photos.  Be sure to dress warm because events take place indoors and outdoors.  FREE.  No registration required.

14 Hours of High School and College Basketball around the state! Ending the day with the Pacers taking on the Mavericks.  The day starts with Northwestern v. North Central HS Girls at BLF.  At 2pm – Zionsville v. Warren Central HS Boys BB.

Remembering Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through music, poetry and dance.  Event is FREE, but the event is also a donation drive for the Martin Luther King Community Center.  Please bring canned goods, toiletries, art supplies or individually wrapped breakfast snacks.
