Midori and Ale

1oz Midori Melon liquor

12oz light beer (equivalent to 1 beer)

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in tall glass and stir.

Lucky Rita

2 parts tequila

4 parts limeade

Garnish with lime

Instructions: In a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients and shake to chill. Strain into glass filled with ice and rimmed with sugar. Garnish with a lime.

The Crooked Golf Swing

1oz Midori

1oz Amaretto

3 limes

Instructions: Muddle the limes in a shaker with a muddler or the back of a spoon, then fill the shaker with ice and add the Midori and Amaretto. Shake until icy cold and strain into a glass full of ice. Gently pour enough rum to fill the glass on top as a float.

Dizzy Leprechaun

3oz Lemon Sparkling ICE

1oz Tequila

Splash of Triple Sec

Fresh Squeezed Lime

Instructions: Shake and pour into a chilled glass rimmed in salt. Garnish with lime.

Irish Coffee

1.5oz Irish whiskey

6oz Hot, strong coffee

Whipped cream

Optional: 3/4oz Irish cream or a teaspoon of brown sugar

Instructions: Pour whiskey into coffee mug. Pour hot coffee in. Add whipped cream on top. *If using a glass, put a spoon in the mug and pour in the hot coffee (spoon keeps the glass from breaking due to hot liquid)

Irish Cola

1oz Irish whiskey

1oz Bailey's

4oz Cola

Instructions: Fill a shaker with ice and pour in Irish whiskey and Bailey's. Shake until chilled, and strain into a glass. Fill the glass the rest of the way with cola.

Shamrock Shot

1 container of cool whip (save a bit for the topping)

3/4 cup of creme de menthe

1/4 cup vanilla vodka

1 french vanilla pudding packet

Instructions: Pour creme de menthe, vanilla vodka, and pudding packet into a bowl and whisk together. Add in the cool whip and mix until it's smooth. Pour into shot glasses and refrigerate for an hour or two (or until chilled). Top with cool whip before serving.
