(Highland Park, IL) — Illinois Police say six people are dead and 24 more are injured after a shooting north of Chicago. They said the suspect is still at large in Highland Park and authorities are looking for a white male between the age of 18 and 20 years old with long black hair.
A gun was recovered from the crime scene. Authorities urged everyone in the area to shelter in place and remain indoors. Deputy Chief Chris Covelli said the incident seems to be completely random.
