On Friday, former President Donald Trump held a rally in Wilmington, North Carolina where he brought up the massive fraud lawsuit that was filed against him by New York Attorney General Letitia James.

The suit follows a three year probe into Trump and his business dealings. According to the James’ office, “Trump falsely inflated his net worth by billions of dollars to further enrich himself and cheat the system” and repeatedly and persistently manipulated the value assets to induce banks to lend money to the Trump Organization.

During Trump’s rally on Friday, he called James “racist” and referred to her actions as “gross prosecutorial misconduct.”  He also bashed her for “ranting and raving during her campaign for attorney general in 2018 that she would investigate him.”

At one point in the rally, Trump also defended his sons Donald Jr. and Eric as well as his daughter Ivanka who were all named in the lawsuit for playing major roles in the business.
