Former Hawaii Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard says she fully supports Florida’s new Parental Rights in Education law, which prohibits schools from discussing sexual orientation or gender identity with students from kindergarten through third grade. In fact, Gabbard says the law doesn’t go far enough.

“When I first heard about Florida’s Parental Rights bill, I was shocked it only protects children K-3,” said in a Twitter message Monday. “Third grade? How about 12th grade—or not at all.”

Democrats have branded the bill as being anti-gay, but Gabbard says the bill simply prevents schools from forcing ideologies or agendas on students.

“Now we should all the support the Parental Rights in Education bill that recently passed in Florida, which very simply bans government and government schools from indoctrinating woke sexual values in or schools to a captive audience,’ Gabbard said. “A captive audience that is by law required to attend.”

Gabbard noted that U.S. schools are failing across the board, saying that “if our schools are focused on educating our kids, teaching them the fundamentals, things like English, math, science, civics, history, we would see our literacy rates improve and set our young people up for success.”

Meanwhile, parents are canceling their Disney memberships across the board over the company’s brazenly ‘woke’ agenda. Kendall & Casey have more on that story in the clip below.
