INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett on Wednesday announced a program designed to provide a free face mask to any Marion County resident who doesn’t already have one.
The first priority is to “provide face coverings to those unable to purchase or obtain a face covering, older adults, and people who have serious underlying medical conditions,” according to the website for the City of Indianapolis.
You should not request a face covering if:

  • You do not fit into a high-risk category
  • You already have access to a face covering
  • You have the ability to purchase one

Face coverings are for adults only, one-size-fits-most.
