INDIANAPOLIS — A suspect has been arrested in the shooting of a five-year-old outside a skating rink on Indy’s west side.
The five-year-old was shot Saturday evening while sitting in a car outside of Skateland at 3902 N. Glen Arm Road. The victim was hit in the ankle area and taken to Riley Hospital for Children.
On Wednesday, IMPD announced the arrest of 21-year-old Chantera Moore.
Moore is charged with aggravated battery, criminal recklessness, and carrying a handgun without a license.
