INDIANAPOLIS — Ms. Guyton was found and returned to the hospital Thursday evening.


INDIANAPOLIS — Indy Metro Police need your help finding a missing woman.

67-year-old Tanya Guyton is five feet tall and 130 pounds. She has black hair with brown eyes.

Guyton walked out of IU Methodist Hospital on Wednesday afternoon after testing positive for coronavirus, according to IMPD.

IMPD said Guyton signed herself out of the hospital and was waiting outside for her daughter to pick her up so she could go home and self-quarantine. But, before her daughter arrived, Guyton walked away from the hospital and has not been seen since. IMPD said she has short-term memory loss.

Guyton was last seen wearing blue leggings, a blue and white shirt with flowers, and black shoes. She has short curly hair and a scar on the left side of her head.
