INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana State Fair isn’t just a place to have fun — it’s also a place to pick up goods made in the Hoosier state.

Starting July 30, Hoosiers can get a taste of Indiana-based products from Indiana Grown members all over the state.

The State Fair Ag/Hort building will be home to the Indiana Grown Marketplace with hundreds of products available for purchase.

Educational displays will let visitors learn more about agriculture across Indiana, while artisans will be on hand to demonstrate things like soapmaking and herbal blending.

At the Marketplace, you’ll be able to buy local hot sauces, barbecue sauces, salsa, ketchup, and more. You’ll also be able to pick up Indiana-made jerky chocolate, candy, and cold drinks as well as artisan-made items like wool dryer balls, yarn, and hand-poured candles.
