ISP Continue to Search for Missing Richmond Woman

HENRY COUNTY, Ind. — Indiana State Police are still trying to find a Richmond woman who went missing on Saturday, May 1.

Mikaela Estes was traveling from Indianapolis to her home in Richmond along I-70. Family members told police Estes called and said she was going to stop for gas at the Wilbur Wright Road exit between New Castle and Cambridge City.

The Richmond Police Department took the initial missing person report. They asked for help when the investigation revealed Estes’ last known location was in Henry County.

ISP has confirmed that Estes was in Columbus, Ohio, on Sunday, May 2 at approximately 1 p.m. Police are still attempting to locate her to determine whether she is there of her own free will.

Estes is five feet, three inches tall, and weighs 140 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was driving a silver 2016 Chrysler 200 with an Indiana temporary license plate.
