KOKOMO, Ind. — A Kokomo man will not be taking down his ‘F- Joe Biden’ flag.
Brandon Adams says he’s come to an agreement with the city that will allow him to continue to fly the flag at his home.
Kokomo city leaders originally asked him to take the flag down, but Adams sued the city, saying he has the right to express his opinion.
The agreement with the city says essentially the same thing. The agreement also has the city paying Adams’ legal bills.
