INDIANAPOLIS—Monument Circle was closed off about 7:15 Tuesday evening. A member of the WIBC News team witnessed police ushering people off the circle.
Police said they got a call about a suspicious package just before the circle was closed.
They were unwilling to give out any further details.
The package was later determined to not be dangerous.
