TERRE HAUTE, Ind.–The tattoo on his forehead doesn’t appear to match his reality.

Donald Murray, 38, of Terre Haute, has a tattoo on his forehead that says “Crime Pays.” He was arrested for the second time in three months when he started a police chase Monday morning.

The Terre Haute Police Department said the chase was short. After arresting him, they charged Murray with resisting law enforcement, reckless driving, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, and auto theft.

In December, police say Murray was arrested on several charges after causing a high-speed chase that aired on the show LivePD.

Murray was released on his own recognizance on January 14.
