CARMEL, Ind. — Three people have been arrested after a man was found dead inside a home in Carmel in January.
Officers were called to investigate a potential death. Police discovered the body of Francis Kelley in a neighborhood near Oak Ridge Road between 136th and 146th Streets.
Investigators determined he had been murdered and, on Thursday, had arrested three people.
Two women now face murder charges. Heidi Littlefield and Logan Runyon are in the Hamilton County Jail accused of killing Kelley. Robert Walker is the third person arrested charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
Investigators aren’t saying yet how Kelly was murdered or what the motive behind the killing was.
