13-Year-Old Boy Killed on Indy's East Side

Police say the boy was shot just before 11 pm on Barnor Drive near East 21st Street and North Arlington Avenue.

INDIANAPOLIS--A 13-year-old boy was killed in a shooting late Thursday night on the east side of Indianapolis. 

Metro police say the boy was shot just before 11 pm on Barnor Drive near East 21st Street and North Arlington Avenue. 

When officers got there, they found the boy injured and lying in the street. He was rushed to a hospital in critical condition and later died. 

No information has been given out about a possible suspect. Police are also trying to figure out what caused the disturbance.
