4 Indiana Dog Breeders on List of "Horrible Hundred" Puppy Mills

The "Horrible Hundred" list is a sampling of the 100 especially problematic puppy mills in the nation.

STATEWIDE--Four dog breeders from Indiana are on the Humane Society's "Horrible Hundred" puppy mill list across the United States.

The "Horrible Hundred" list is a sampling of the 100 especially problematic puppy mills in the nation.

The Humane Society believes there are up to 10,000 puppy mills in the United States.

The United States Department of Agriculture has redacted the names of many dealers on its public Animal Welfare Act records, including all four Indiana dealers named in the Horrible Hundred.

The four puppy mills in Indiana are located in Reelsville, Odon, Montgomery, and Greens Fork.

The state that had the most problematic puppy mills was Missouri with 23.
