Previous police chief Tony Watters was removed from the job following a confrontation with Indiana State Police.

ANDERSON, Ind. -- The Anderson Police Department has a new leader.

Mayor Thomas Broderick named Assistant Chief of Police Jake Brown as interim police chief, reports WISH-TV.
